Golden Anniversary Ride-out

I received the following request (via the Chapter e-mail);
My wife and I turned 70 last year and that experience has brought out a rash of "I'd really like to do that" in my wife Pauline. She made a list, and we have ticked off some of them. My brother in law provided her with the ride of her life when she drove his quad bike.
Pauline wants to fly in a helicopter, and this is going to happen in the summer when we go over to the Scilly Isles.
Last year at some beauty spot, she came upon a parked Harley Davidson, the laid back sort, and to cap it all, painted in a beautiful turquoise colour, her favourite. Now her heart is set on a pillion ride on a laid back Harley, ideally in turquoise!
Now I'm writing this to you as you might understand what yearning my dear lady has. A pillion ride on a Harley is of a very different order to the many miles we did on the Lambretta of our youth. Can you possibly suggest how her dream might be realised? Can you possibly put me in touch with someone who might help?
I'll meet all costs of course.
I have my own dream about this. On Sunday 26 September 2010 we are assembling a group of people in Rothley, Leicestershire (Rothley Court Hotel) for our Golden Wedding Luncheon. At about 3.45pm it will be the time to depart. It would be fantastic if the tradition of 'going away from the reception' could take the form of Pauline slipping on some leathers and being taken pillion for a ride around Charnwood Forest by a knight of the Sherwood Chapter.
There you go. Am I mad?
Any help greatly appreciated.
Best wishes

So, in my best Fairy Godmother mode (after first checking with the committee and getting the go ahead), I replied to Terry. Pauline shall indeed to go the Ball - or, more accurately, leave it!!! ;o) And I also put it to Terry that he too could leave on a Harley - he said he'd love to.
I've also told Terry that there'll be no 'cost' as such but that any donation they or their friends would care to make to the Chapter Charity, the Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance, would be greatly appreciated.
It would be really fantastic if we could get at least a dozen bikes (more would be a bonus, obviously) over there to escort Pauline and Terry from their celebratory luncheon - make their special day just that bit more special. Clearly, we're looking for a couple of riders to take Pauline and Terry as their pillions - if you could just let Darren (Head Road Captain) know, that would be great. And if anyone out there has a turquoise chopped Harley, it would be wonderful if they could be there on the day too.
So, date in the diary - Sunday 26th September - leaving the Rothley Court Hotel at 3.45pm - we'll sort out other details closer to the date. Please come along and make this a really special occasion for Pauline and Terry.
